If you are arriving from the San Diego Convention Center, you can follow an easy-to-navigate sidewalk to and from the Marriott Marquis Marina Hotel from Level One (see attached floor plan, walkway circled in blue; Solana Room located nearby in the red rectangle).

As stated previously, this space has a maximum capacity of 20 participants, and is for space only. No food or drink (other than a water station); supplies or A/V support outside of an LCD projector and screen will be available. The sponsor is responsible for providing a PC/laptop. Should you wish to reserve any catering or additional audio-visual needs, please contact the AACR staff liaison for the MEG Consortium Meeting Room at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina Hotel, Ms. Leah Burton, AACR Coordinator for Meetings and Exhibits, by email: leah.burton@aacr.org. She will be happy to assist you with your requests. Kindly note that these expenses are the responsibility of the sponsor. Please be aware that, should you request catering or additional audio-visual items, and later cancel your Consortium Meeting, you will still be responsible for payment of any expenses incurred.
